What makes your practice unique?
In therapy, we use a client-centered approach and work together to come up with solutions. Therapy is a safe, non-judgmental space where we work together to provide you with the tools and skills you need to overcome challenges. We will use a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and more. I tailor therapy to your needs and situation. Don’t expect a one-size-fits-all approach.

What issues do you treat?
I treat adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns.
What modalities do you use?
I use a variety of modalities to provide therapy that is tailored to your needs including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Dialectical (DBT), Eclectic, Family / Marital, Family Systems, Integrative, Person-Centered, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based, and more.
Do you provide online therapy?
Yes, online therapy is available to all residents of California.
Do you offer a complimentary consultation?
Yes, I offer a 15-minute complimentary session.
Will I be stuck in therapy forever?
Therapy is not meant to last forever. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, with the goal of helping you gain the tools and confidence to continue growing on your own. Many clients come for a period of time, make meaningful progress, and check back in when they want extra support.
